What data we process and why

We process the business contact details (name, job title, company, email address and phone number) of customers, suppliers, investors and other people we work with or want to work with, together with the content of our communications. We use them to manage that relationship: replying, preparing proposals, performing contracts, invoicing and providing technical service.

Legal basis

• Performance of a contract or of pre-contractual steps you ask for (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Our legitimate interest in keeping in touch with professionals at the companies we work with (Art. 6.1.f GDPR and Art. 19 of the Spanish Data Protection Act, LOPDGDD).

How long we keep them

For as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. If no relationship is formed, for a maximum of two years from the last contact, unless you object earlier.

Who else has access

We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. The service providers we need to operate process it on our behalf, such as email and cloud storage (Google) and this website's hosting (Cloudflare). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area; when they do, they rely on the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@g78robotics.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
